Refund & Return Policy

At Musicine, we take pride in crafting high-quality vinyl records. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund and return policies:
1. Custom Vinyl Orders
No refunds or cancellations once a custom order is in production. We only offer replacements if a record arrives damaged or defective due to production errors.
2. Officially Released Vinyl Records
Unopened and unused vinyl records may be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your vinyl arrives damaged or unplayable, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will assess the damage and offer a replacement if applicable. We do not replace records damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email info@musicine.net with your order details of the issue. If eligible, we will provide return instructions or send a replacement.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update our refund and return policies. Changes will apply to future orders.
