    3. We recommend using a file transfer service like dropbox or wetransfer.com

    4. Ideally, bundle all files into one compressed 'zipped' folder

    5. Quote your email address to help find your order.

    6. Make Payment - We’ll send you an invoice with the total cost, including delivery. Payment details will be provided, and we’ll process your order once payment is received. NO PAYMENT IS MADE ON THIS SITE

    7. Your Vinyl Is Delivered - We’ll deliver your vinyl record to you and provide tracking details so you know when to expect your delivery

    Audio - Rename audio files 'A1', 'A2', 'A3' etc for Side A; and 'B1', 'B2', 'B3' etc for Side B

  • How It Works:

    1. Submit Your Request - Fill out our order form with details of the vinyl records you want - artist name, album title etc.

    2. We Check Availability - Once we receive your request, we’ll search for the vinyl records on your list and confirm availability.

    3. We Email You The Details - We’ll send you an email with a breakdown of which records are available, along with the prices and estimated delivery times.

    4. Confirm & Make Payment - If you’re happy with the options, we’ll send you an invoice with the total cost, including delivery. Payment details will be provided, and we’ll process your order once payment is received. NO PAYMENT IS MADE ON THIS SITE.

    5. Your Vinyl Is Delivered - After processing, we’ll deliver your records to you and provide tracking details so you know when to expect your delivery

  • Please try to ensure the resolution of the image is high enough, it is important that when it is scaled to the size of your sleeve it is still clear and isn't starting to blur or pixelate - just zoom in on your screen so the image is the size of your sleeve/label to get a rough idea of how it's going to look printed out.

    Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for print errors or delays in processing time where artwork has been supplied incorrectly. Having said that, we care about getting your creations right and will always try to get things looking good first time.

    In addition to the music files, all artwork should be bundled into a compressed Zip folder (this ensures we receive the data complete and intact), and sent to us at info@musicine.net using a file transfer service like dropbox or wetransfer.com. Make sure you quote your order name/email, and we’ll do the rest.

  • All usual audio file types are acceptable (e.g. WAV, AIFF, MP3, MPEG-4).

    When submitting your master files we recommend the following:

    • Ensure the source material is as good a quality as possible (preferably WAV/AIFF 24 bit 96 kHz, or a minimum of WAV/AIFF 16 bit 44.1 kHz, or mp3 with a bit rate above 192 Kbits)

    • Look to keep the peaks on the main mix level to a maximum of -3dBfs;

    • Please ensure bass frequencies (like kick drums) are placed centrally in the stereo field. Stereo effects in this frequency range can easily corrupt a record’s playback;

    • Bass frequencies below 20 Hz provide playback issues and should be avoided;

    • Finally, it is also best to avoid very high frequencies as these tend to have a harsh, distorting effect on the overall playback.

  • Due to copyright restrictions, it is important that no part of your submitted files contravenes any copyright laws.

    If you have already purchased the music then you are permitted to reproduce a copy onto another format for strictly personal use . Please note, having access to the music via a streaming service (e.g. Spotify) would not be sufficient to allow you to make a copy.

  • No. We can only cut music that you legally own. If you want a vinyl of commercially released songs, you must already own the music in another format (such as a purchased digital file or CD). Streaming a song does not count as ownership.

  • Yes, If you are the creator and copyright owner of the music, or you have obtained the necessary permissions, we can cut it to vinyl for you.

  • In some cases, we may request proof of purchase or ownership, especially for commercially released music. This ensures we comply with copyright laws and protect artists’ rights

  • Yes, as long as you own the music. The vinyl we cut is strictly for personal use and cannot be sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the proper licenses.

  • Yes, this is necessary for effective vinyl playback and includes adjustments to volume, the stereo field, and the removal of non-recordable frequencies.

  • Due to high demand, standard orders may take several weeks to process.
