Musicine specializes in custom vinyl cutting and the sale of officially released vinyl records. Our services are strictly for personal use only. Reselling or distributing custom vinyls is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright laws or our policies.

2. Ordering & Payment

 Custom vinyl orders are processed based on the details provided by the customer. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order. Pricing is provided after reviewing your request. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been made. Payments must be completed through the provided invoicing method.

3. Copyright Compliance

Customers ordering custom vinyl must own the music they provide. Acceptable proof of ownership includes legally purchased digital files, CDs, or vinyl. Streaming services do not count as ownership. By submitting music for custom vinyl cutting, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the material. Musicine is not responsible for any copyright violations by customers.

4. Production & Delivery

 Turnaround times vary depending on order volume and production schedules. Estimated timeframes will be provided upon order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

 Musicine is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of records after delivery. Custom vinyl records are handmade and may have minor imperfections that do not affect playability.

6. Changes to These Terms

 Musicine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.
